With experience leading work teams in companies in the financial sector and regulatory entities. Expert in generating high-impact strategies aimed at the commercial growth of the entity, as well as minimizing legal and reputational risks for the company.

Sergio Barboza Beráun – Independent Director

Sergio is a lawyer graduated from the University of Lima and holds a master’s in law from Georgetown University Law Center. He also has a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from the ESAN University. Sergio’s work is focused on banking and corporate matters. He has worked for the Legal Department of the Inter-American Development Bank.
