Katarina holds a Master's degree from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, with her master thesis focusing on Human Resources due diligence in M&A. Katarina helps TMF Group clients with regulatory compliance as well as KYC due diligence; identifying red flags and aligning clients with local AML Laws. She is currently conducting the KYC set-up and procedure for the largest (ongoing) company restructure in Croatia.
