Innovation X Advisors appoints TMF Group as fund administrator
TMF Group, a global leading provider of private market fund administration services, today announced that it has won a mandate to be the fund administrator for Innovation X Capital Partners III, a new fund of Innovation X Advisors LLC.
With this deal, Innovation X Advisors expands its partnership with TMF Group, which started in 2019. Since then, the two firms have worked together across multiple funds spanning private equity, venture capital, real estate and tech investment mandates.
Innovation X Advisors has invested in a diverse range of innovative private companies across technology, consumer, and digital platforms. With over USD$1.8 billion in assets under management across 12 funds, the firm focuses on investment opportunities in privately held companies that possess innovative or disruptive technologies.
Their new fund, Innovation X Capital Partners III, is targeting USD$1 bn. TMF Group has been appointed to provide fund administration services, including fund accounting, investor onboarding, and reporting.
With over $700 billion in assets serviced, TMF Group is a leading fund administrator supporting over 5,000 entities and more than 500 fund manager clients. The firm has a long-standing record of providing fund services and was recently recognised as the ‘Fund Administrator of the Year’ in the ‘GP’s under $30 billion’ category at the Private Equity Wire US Awards 2025.
