NelsonHall names TMF Group as a Leader in the Multi-Country Payroll Capability market segment
NelsonHall, the leading research and analysis firm dedicated to helping organisations understand the 'art of the possible' in digital operations transformation, has identified TMF Group as a Leader in the Multi-Country Capability market segment for payroll services.
The research was carried out using NelsonHall’s Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT), which sits at the front end of the vendor screening process and consists of a two-axis model: assessing vendors against their ‘ability to deliver immediate benefit’ to buy-side organisations; and their ‘ability to meet client future requirements’. The latter is a pragmatic assessment of the vendor's ability to take clients on an innovation journey over the lifetime of their next contract.
In its analysis, NelsonHall positioned TMF Group in the Leader category, meaning that the company exhibited both a high capability to deliver immediate benefit, as well as a high capacity to meet future client requirements.
The findings of this year’s assessment demonstrate that TMF Group is a Leader for a number of reasons, including: its global delivery footprint, allowing it full control over the client experience and enabling it to adapt payroll go-lives to client-specific needs, ensuring consistency across geographies; its middleware (TMF Horizon), which allows centralising payroll data into a single dashboard, UX, and reporting capability globally; and the possibility to integrate the payroll services with client preferred HCM and time and attendance systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, SAGE Business Cloud People, Replicon, and UKG.
TMF Group was recognised as a leader for its deep multi-country payroll capability, enabled through its proprietary middleware platform and underpinned by a highly localised global support model. TMF Group’s vision, commitment and investment in multi-country payroll was validated by high client satisfaction for both its current service execution and confidence in the offering to meet their future needs.
This recognition comes shortly after Everest Group named TMF Group a ‘Star Performer’ and ‘Leader’ in its Multi-country Payroll (MCP) Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment in October 2020.
