TMF Group acquires EWM Global to expand service portfolio with incentive compensation offering
TMF Group, a global provider of compliance, administrative and financial services, today announced the acquisition of EWM Global, a leading provider of executive compensation administration services.
With its proprietary technology platform, EWM Global helps clients administer and digitise complex incentive compensation plans including cash and share deferral, carried interest and co-investment, as well as a waterfall calculation engine. EWM Global maintains a prominent position in the financial services market, with a client base spanning across the private capital, asset management, insurance, wealth management and banking sectors.
Together, the two firms will offer clients a single solution to managing their incentive compensation with TMF Group’s fund administration and payroll services wrapping around EWM Global’s compensation platform. This acquisition also allows TMF Group to bring EWM Global's capabilities to its clients around the world.
