TMF Group acquires IQ-NEXUS

TMF Group today announced the acquisition of IQ-NEXUS, a boutique firm specialised in providing corporate services in the Netherlands. The acquisition fits into TMF Group’s strategy of supplementing its organic growth through the acquisition of businesses that complement its existing global footprint and expertise. 

I welcome IQ-NEXUS and its clients and we look forward to servicing our new clients and giving them access to the benefits of a company that combines local knowledge with an international network. The addition of IQ Nexus’ shareholders Robbert-Jan Vrugt and Ernst-Jan van ‘t Zelfde to the management team in the Netherlands will provide us with additional expertise that will enable us to further grow our business and continue to create value for our clients. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Dutch Central Bank.
