TMF Group strengthens its presence in India with the acquisition of JSS Pro
TMF Group, a leading provider of global administrative and compliance services, today announced the acquisition of JSS Pro, an India-based provider of accounting and tax, human resources and payroll, and company secretarial (CoSec) services.
This deal further enhances TMF Group’s corporate services offering in India and underscores the company’s long-term commitment to the Asia-Pacific region.
Founded in 2013, JSS Pro serves a diverse portfolio of multinational and Indian clients, including a number of Fortune Global 500 companies. Through its integrated solutions and people-centric approach, the firm’s offering spans business set up, financial reporting, and legal and regulatory compliance services.
This acquisition bolsters our presence in India, a key country for us, and gives us a presence in the fast-growing Hyderabad market.
