TMF Group announces Robert Jan van de Kraats as chairman
Appointment comes as new owners CVC Capital Partners complete acquisition of the firm
Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 3 May 2018 - TMF Group, a leading provider of high value business services to clients operating and investing globally, today announced the appointment of Robert Jan van de Kraats as chairman, subject to regulatory approval. Until recently Van de Kraats was chief financial officer and vice-chair of the executive board of Randstad Holding N.V. He has previously held various non-executive roles at other companies.
Van de Kraats will lead the company’s board of directors, support the management team of TMF Group and be its ambassador to the outside world. Based in Amsterdam, he will be a direct liaison between TMF Group’s management team, board and owners.

The appointment comes as CVC Capital Partners completes its takeover of TMF Group. The acquisition by the private equity group, announced in late 2017, was finalised on 3 May 2018.
