TMF Group appoints Maja Mandela as Global Head of Accounting and Tax

TMF Group, a leading provider of compliance and administrative services, today announced the appointment of Maja Mandela as its new Global Head of Accounting and Tax.

Maja brings with her over 20 years of experience in both the professional services industry and as a chartered public accountant, including senior roles at EY. Since joining TMF Group in 2021, she has held several key positions, most recently serving as the Head of Corporate Business for Northern Europe, where she led client relationships and business development across the region.

In addition to her executive responsibilities, Maja also serves on the supervisory boards of listed companies and chairs audit committees, leveraging her expertise in governance, risk management and strategic alignment, particularly within the financial services and asset management sectors.

In her new role, Maja will oversee TMF Group’s global accounting and tax strategy, driving innovation and operational excellence to support clients in optimising their finance function.
