TMF Group appoints Aphro Hong as Country Head of China
TMF Group, a leading global provider of compliance and administrative services, has today announced the appointment of Aphro Hong as Country Head of China.
Based in Shanghai, Aphro will be responsible for leading TMF Group’s China operations, driving the firm’s growth strategy in one of its most important markets, and further strengthening service delivery and client relationships across the country.
Aphro holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Central University of Finance and Economics and brings with her more than 15 years of leadership experience from within TMF Group, most recently as the Market Head of Accounting and Tax for North Asia. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently delivered strong operational and commercial results, helping multinational clients navigate increasingly complex business environments.
Her achievements include strengthening partnerships with multinational clients and improving delivery consistency and efficiency. She has consistently demonstrated a client-focused approach and combines deep market expertise with strong commercial acumen and an unwavering commitment to leading high-performing teams.
China remains a strategically important market for TMF Group and a key jurisdiction for international investment and expansion. Aphro has an outstanding track record of leadership, execution and client service, and she is exceptionally well-positioned to lead our China business into its next phase of growth. Her deep understanding of our clients, people and operations, combined with her strong commercial mindset, makes her a perfect fit for this role.
