TMF Group expands fund and entity management offering in Mexico with acquisition of PLC
London/Mexico City, 06/02/2025: TMF Group, a leading global provider of compliance and administrative services, today announced the acquisition of PLC, a fund administrator company in Mexico, providing global entity management and domiciliation services to international fund managers and Mexico pension funds.
PLC is well-positioned to capitalise on the management of both public and private issuances for investments in Mexico. They actively engage in various investment vehicles, including CERPIs, which are financial instruments issued to the investing public through Mexican trusts, similar to international private funds of funds.
This acquisition significantly enhances TMF Group’s portfolios in passive fund administration and global entity management in the Latin American market.
