TMF Group expands its presence in APAC by acquiring two Hong Kong-based firms
TMF Group, a leading provider of compliance and administrative services, serving 8,000 clients in more than 85 jurisdictions, has announced the acquisition of two Hong Kong-based entities: Focus Secretarial Services Limited, which offers company secretarial services, and Focus Corporate Consultancy Limited, an accounting, tax, payroll and business consultancy.
Both entities are now part of TMF Group following their acquisition, which was completed on Wednesday 30 November.
