TMF Group expands accounting, payroll and entity management services in Uruguay with acquisition of Auren S.C.

TMF Group, a leading global provider of compliance and administrative services, today announced the acquisition of accounting and tax, HR and payroll, and global entity management operations from Auren S.C.

Based in Uruguay, Auren S.C. is known for its extensive expertise in tax and legal advice, consulting and corporate finance, with a focus on quality, innovation and client proximity.

This acquisition significantly enhances TMF Group’s capabilities and portfolios in accounting and tax, payroll, and entity management. Following other recent acquisitions in Mexico, this expansion also aligns with TMF Group’s growth strategy in the Latin American market.
