Christoph Hobo

Christoph joined the Executive Committee of TMF Group in July 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings more than 20 years of experience across private equity-backed and listed businesses, with a track record spanning finance transformation, M&A, post-merger integration and operational scaling. Prior to TMF Group, he held senior leadership roles at think-cell, Marelli and JOST Werke AG, businesses ranging from global software to large-scale industrial manufacturing, and earlier in his career worked as an investment professional at Cinven.

Christoph holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and studied Economics at Waseda University in Japan.
