Geopolitical pressure, regulatory change and rising complexity are transforming how organisations expand internationally.

Join TMF Group and FT Locations for a panel discussion on how businesses are adapting their global growth strategies for 2026.

Global expansion is entering a new phase. Geopolitical fragmentation, evolving regulation and operational complexity are forcing organisations to rethink how and where they grow.

In this panel discussion, TMF Group and FT Locations explore how macro‑level geopolitical and economic shifts are influencing international expansion decisions and how these pressures impact operations across finance, tax, payroll and HR.

Drawing on insights from TMF Group’s Global Business Complexity Index (GBCI) and FT Locations’ geopolitical analysis, the session examines how organisations are adapting their expansion models into more modular, phased and compliance‑led approaches.

The discussion will highlight key expansion challenges, emerging operating models and the growing importance of governance, local expertise and compliance-readiness in enabling sustainable global growth.
