Graduated in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), worked at JPMorgan Chase in several positions/areas, from Finance to Treasury to Investment Bank Developed the Brazil Corporate Trust at JPMorgan (2002).

Karla Joined Deutsche Bank in 2007 as Head of Sales for Corporate Trust Brazil. In 2014 and 2015 was responsible for Corporate Trust Sales in Latin America, she joined TMF in October 2016 as Managing Director, Head of Structured Finance and Trust Corporate Services Brazil.

Mauricio has a degree in business administration with an MBA from Thunderbird School of Management, in the USA.

For the last 12 years, almost 5 with TMF, he has been working in the fiduciary services market, helping family offices, investment fund managers, and multinationals to set up structures in Brazil and abroad. In 2022, he brought TMF funds practice to Brazil and is currently implementing TMF Funds in more countries in Latin America.

His experience alongside strong connection with the international market accredits him in supporting clients in jurisdictions such as Cayman, Luxembourg, USA, Bahamas, BVI and the Netherlands.

Vitor Costa is the Senior Director of Finance for Greystar in Latin America.

He is also responsible for the overall management of Greystar's business in Brazil, including overseeing all operations and business segments.

With over 20 of experience in global companies, Vitor has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 13 years, working in different asset classes.

Before joining Greystar in 2021, Vitor served as the Chief Financial Officer of NorthWest Healthcare Properties in Brazil, a publicly traded Canadian REIT, and was a member of the company's Global Investment Committee. He previously served as Finance Director at Tishman Speyer in Brazil for 8 years.

Vitor holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Campinas and is a certified Accountant and Fund Manager in Brazil.

Mr. Zertuche has over 20 years of experience investing in real assets.

Mr. Zertuche is former Executive Vice-President of I2, the leading infrastructure investment manager in Mexico acquired by BlackRock in October, 2015. His prior experience is in investment banking, including M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions, asset management, strategy and operations.

Mr. Zertuche was a founder of Infraestructura Institucional ("I2") in 2010, and served as Chief Financial and Investment Officer since its inception in 2010.

Prior to founding Infraestructura Institucional, Mr. Zertuche served as Chief Investment and Control Officer of Mexico Retail Properties ("MRP Group"), which he co-founded in October 2002, when was the first officer of MRP Group in Mexico.

Prior to joining MRP, Mr. Zertuche was an Associate at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup in its Global Energy Group in New York,where he completed lead managed capital raising transactions totaling $3.6 billion and co-managed transactions worth $1.5 billion, as well as various M&A transactions. Prior to his work at SSB, Mr. Zertuche was associated with Somoza/Cortina & Asociados, Casa de Bolsa and InverMexico, Casa de Bolsa, both investment banks in Mexico City, where he completed capital raising transactions worth over $2.5 billion, and over 20 M&A transactions.

Mr. Zertuche holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City, and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence, Darden's highest academic distinction.
