Speakers

Graduated in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), worked at JPMorgan Chase in several positions/areas, from Finance to Treasury to Investment Bank Developed the Brazil Corporate Trust at JPMorgan (2002).

Karla Joined Deutsche Bank in 2007 as Head of Sales for Corporate Trust Brazil. In 2014 and 2015 was responsible for Corporate Trust Sales in Latin America, she joined TMF in October 2016 as Managing Director, Head of Structured Finance and Trust Corporate Services Brazil.

Sebastian Canale joined TMF in May 2025 as Senior Director, Business Development, Capital Markets, based in New York.

He has over 25 years of financial services experience covering international markets, including two years at Lehman Brothers, 10 at Merrill Lynch, and 15 at HSBC. He has lived and worked in the US, Europe and Latin America. He has worked on complex, cross border transactions across investment banking, capital markets, lending and transaction banking service
