TMF Group expands financial services offering with the acquisition of Navigator Partners in Finland
TMF Group, a leading provider of global administrative and compliance services, today announced the acquisition of Navigator Partners, a Finland-based provider of fund and investor administration, corporate and foundation management services.
Headquartered in Helsinki, Navigator Partners brings over 20 years of experience in a full range of services, including fund administration, accounting and reporting, payroll services, property management administration, foundation administration, and tax compliance services. The business also operates Compass, its own proprietary portfolio reporting platform.
The transaction gives TMF Group an immediate, robust platform into Finland’s funds, family office and foundation administration market. Navigator Partners gets access to a broad network of resources and knowledge, which can be used to provide more comprehensive and specialised services for a growing number of both local and Nordic clients.
This acquisition significantly enhances TMF Group’s presence in the Nordics and expands the firm’s service offering in Finland, which will now include financial services for private wealth and family office, private equity, foundation, real estate and investment firms.
Navigator Partners brings a well-established client base of more than 800 clients, including leading private equity, family offices, asset managers, foundations and property owners.
