2. Onboarding and compliance

Our team completes robust AML/KYC checks on all relevant parties, including identification and beneficial ownership verification. Clear guidance supports seamless processes and rapid account opening.

3. Agreement and account setup

We work with your counsel to provide a realistic template to finalise the escrow agreement. Once signing and onboarding are complete, we open the escrow account(s) and confirm funding instructions.

4. Holding and release

Funds are held securely until agreed conditions are met. We provide transparent reporting throughout and release funds strictly in line with the escrow agreement. After final disbursement, we issue closing statements and complete any required reporting.
