Corporate Secretarial Services in the UK
Based in London and Luton, our company secretarial team works across all sectors and is able to share a wide range of knowledge and expertise. Our qualified experts understand the local market and all its associated legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
Businesses often operate complex group structures, which can magnify the additional compliance and governance burden. The associated costs of maintaining such structures can be significant. We can review your entity governance functions and put in place robust legal entity management to help you manage your costs.
Responding to increasing stakeholder pressure for enhanced and demonstrable corporate governance procedures and controls is a priority for business. This pressure, together with the increasing governance and compliance burden, means that businesses increasingly consider an outsource solution to improve efficiency, whilst effectively managing their budget.
We can help your business stay compliant with statutory company secretarial obligations.
The UK team can provide the following company secretarial services throughout your company’s lifecycle; from company incorporation to maintenance and dissolution/strike off.

We are able to assist with the establishment of all UK legal entities, the majority being:

Why choose TMF Group’s UK Corporate Secretarial team?
Our culture is founded on being client focused and supporting the needs of clients at all levels. TMF Group has long been established in the UK and in recent years has acquired the UK company secretarial teams from Ernst & Young, Clifford Chance, Mayer Brown and Computershare. This has enabled our UK team to expand in both size and depth of expertise and capability.
Our unique team structure enables you to have contact with two dedicated individuals who share knowledge of your business and are able to provide assistance as and when required. We are able to provide flexible and dependable solutions. TMF Group does not have any conflict of interest within its services and can work with any advisor or bank of your choice.
How does TMF Group determine its fees for company secretarial services?
Fees are determined by the service required. We provide a standard UK compliance service on a fixed-fee basis which includes the provision of named company secretary, computerised statutory registers, and guidance on annual company secretarial compliance matters. The service also includes the preparation and filing of the annual return, preparation of dormant accounts (where required), provision of statutory information to auditors on request and the preparation of minutes/resolutions relating to the approval and circulation of accounts.
Any additional services required are on a fixed-fee or time-spent basis, whichever is the most cost effective for our clients. Additional services are agreed in advance of work being undertaken.
