TMF Group, a leading provider of global administrative services, today announced the acquisition of KPK faServ India Private Limited (KPK), a financial accounting and consulting company.
Founded in 1995, KPK offers corporate services, such as accounting and payroll support, for multinational companies and medium-sized businesses in India. KPK is headquartered in Bangalore but also has client sites in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi.
The deal represents a strategic step for TMF Group as it will improve its critical mass in the fast-growth market in India. As a result of the acquisition, TMF Group will be welcoming 120 employees from KPK.
The acquisition forms part of TMF Group’s wider expansion in the APAC market, having recently acquired Sino Corporate Services Group, an expert in corporate secretarial, accounting, trust and fund administration services.
